What do I love most about her hair?
- OBVIOUSLY her haircolor is phenomenal. It really compliments her skintone!
- The layers of her haircut frame her face to a T… obviously her stylist has the skillz to pay the billz!
- I love that she wears her hair in its natural state even on the red carpet… that takes guts!
- Her curly fro is just plain FIERCE… Enjoy 🙂

Here color looks sooooo good. How do you feel about coloring natural hair? I would love to add some color, but i dont want my hair to break either. Thoughts?
YES! I love the way hair color accentuates the texture of curly hair! I started coloring my hair back in the day (prior to becoming natural). I still try to touch up my highlights 2 or 3 times a year, but I’ve never had a dye job. I’m kinda scared of all-over color (LOL) & I’m not interested in the maintenance of dyeing my new growth.
But my thoughts are… if my hair could withstand perm & color then, surely it can withstand color alone now… Especially if I strive to maintain moisture/protein balance & minimize the application of direct heat.
